A local existing customer, asked Curwell Windows to design and build a front porch to their house. The customer had a lovely driveway and a built in under cover garage, but felt that by adding a porch it would enhance the overall look and feel to the property.

White uPVC Front Porch - Before

The customer required a small porch to be built over the front door, a small dwarf wall and white uPVC windows. We sourced a very similar coloured brick to match the existing which would help blend in the porch with the existing property. White uPVC Front Porch - After

We installed a white uPVC storm porch on top of a dwarf wall built by one of our builders, which included a Bronze Polycarbonate Edwardian roof. We built a slab base with damp proof membrane and re-used the existing slabs to form a path around the outside of the porch. We installed Pilkington ‘K’ toughened glass to the porch to comply with building regulations and to keep the heat in during the colder periods.
