A Unique Conservatory in Teignmouth

We were recently contacted by a existing customer, with a design brief for a conservatory that can also double as a large balcony from a first floor bedroom.  We had used a local firm (Roof Krete) in the past that had such a product that was structurally designed to be load bearing whilst totally water proof and could be tailor made on-site to any size or shape we determined.

The customer had always thought about a conservatory to extend a kitchen but also somewhere they could walk out onto from their bedroom to enjoy panoramic views, so we designed a solid roof conservatory which enable us to use the roof as a sun terrace.

The finished result gave this customer a unique conservatory on the their rear garden, which opens up the kitchen and provides a lovely airy room, with stunning views overlooking the area.  We also installed A-Rated French style opening windows to maximise the openness that the they bring without obstructing the views.

Extension - Internal View with Open Windows

In addition to creating the conservatory, we were also able to build the customers lovely roof top balcony, which allowed them to sit outside and enjoy the summer evenings.

Extension - External View.
