Last Thursday saw, Dave, Simon and Rob cycle from Teignmouth to Dartmouth and back. The absenties unfortuantley where either on holiday or had weddings to go to.
The guys left Teignmouth at 6pm, riding down along the estuary and up over Totnes before heading down into Dartmouth where i believe some fish and chips were ordered at the cafe by the river. Rob being the much younger man decided to set a tough pace reaching Dartmouth and to see what the ‘older boys’ had.

On the return journey via the Dartmouth Ferry and with exhasution setting in, Rob started to slow. This then left Dave and Simon to pace the younger man back to Teigmouth!! Both Simon and Dave enjoying the moment!!
After catching the ferry to Brixham they carried on through Paignton and up and over Torquay before making it home in Teignmouth and Dawlish. I believe some words of wisdom were said after the ride in respect to ‘Dont believe Rob when he says it’s only 40 Miles’ as from what I understood it was just over 50! and Rob was reminded of the ‘Tortoise and the Hare’ story.
Please let us know if you wish to come along on any furture rides.
